EYFS幼儿园｜当一群来自全国各地有爱的园长幼师们在CRS相聚

2023年12月8日，由BIEA英国国际教育协会官方发起的园长交流互助研学活动（EYFS study practicum）在厦门华锐莱普顿幼儿园展开。

厦门华锐莱普顿学校坐落于美丽的厦门市集美区马銮湾畔，由中锐教育集团、弘信创业工场、安踏投资及特步投资共同创办，是与英国名校莱普顿公学强强联手打造的十五年一贯制高端国际化学校。

BIEA的代表带领EYFS园长及幼儿园从业教研人员们一行约20位访问我校，与我校幼儿园学部开展进班观摩及园长座谈等亲切友好的深度交流。

On December 8, 2023, the EYFS study practicum by BIEA was officially launched at  Chiway Repton Kindergarten Xiamen.

Chiway Repton Kindergarten Xiamen is located on the shores of the beautiful Maluan Bay in Jimei District, Xiamen City. It was co-founded by Zhongrui Education Group, Hongxin Entrepreneurship Factory, Anta Investment and Xtep Investment. It is a strong collaboration with the famous British school Repton School, a high-end international school with a fifteen-year consistent education system.

Representatives of BIEA led a group of approximately 20 EYFS principals and kindergarten teaching and research staff to visit our school, and conducted cordial and friendly in-depth exchanges with the kindergarten department of our school, which class observations and principal discussions.

12月8日一早，厦门华锐莱普顿幼儿园Sandy园长就在幼儿园大堂热情迎接参加活动的园长们，并向每位参会的园长赠送本园幼儿亲手绘画的小帆布袋及各项纪念品。
On the morning of December 8, the principal of Chiway Repton Kindergarten Xiamen, Sandy, warmly welcomed the principals participating in the activity in the kindergarten lobby and presented to each participating principal a small canvas bag hand-painted by the children of the kindergarten and other small gifts.

Sandy园长向来访的园长们简单介绍学校发展情况，分享了创校3年来，幼儿园课程改革、不断随幼儿发展现况调整EYFS课程创新方向，许多真实的案例，启发园长们思考可持续幼儿园发展的方向；聆听完简介后，由市场招生部雪莉老师带领参观幼儿园整体环境，对课程特色、重点设施及特色活动区域等进行详细介绍，20位园长对于我校办学历史、办学特色、教学环境、幼儿成长发展现况有了更深入的了解。

Principal Sandy briefly introduced the development of the school to the visiting principals, shared how the kindergarten curriculum has developed in the three years since the school was founded, and detailed how it has been constantly adjusted towards the innovative direction of the EYFS curriculum, in alignment with the current development of the children. Many real cases inspired the principals to think about sustainability. After listening to the introduction of our kindergarten, Teacher Sherry from the Marketing and Admissions Department led a tour of the kindergarten, providing a detailed introduction to the displays around the kindergarten and elaborating how it they are representative of the curriculum features, key facilities and special activity areas. The 20 principals shared their opinions on the history and characteristics of our school, the teaching environment, and the current status of children’s growth and development.

参观学校后，20几位园长分成四组，分别进入四个班级进行活动游戏观摩。12月8日当天恰巧是我园幼儿入学100天的日子，各班设计了不同的活动来庆祝幼儿入学100天！

After touring the kindergarten, the 20 principals were divided into four groups and entered four different classes to observe the classroom activities and games.

100天总有着特别的纪念意义，厦门华锐莱普顿幼儿园迎来了“开学100天”庆典，在老师和家长的见证下，用充满仪式感的活动庆祝了成长路上最重要的里程碑。

December 8th happened to be the 100th day of school for the children in our kindergarten. Each class designed different activities to celebrate the 100th day of kindergarten, as 100 days always have a special commemorative significance .

园长论坛

为了能个别化与每位园长积极互动，除了观摩游戏活动后设置的反馈及提问时间，主办单位特别设置了园长论坛及面对面QA，园长们一起探讨“面向未来的幼儿教育、倾听儿童、自主游戏等等话题。拥有30多年幼教经验的Sandy园长，仍然在持续探索与学习，她也期许年轻的园长们能不断探索、保持对幼教的初心与热爱，幼儿和幼师的幸福感需要有信念的园长守护，正如EYFS四大原则，赋能给幼儿及幼师，是我们永远的使命!

In order to actively interact with each principal individually, in addition to the feedback and question time set up after observing the game activities, the organizer created a principal forum and face-to-face Q & A session, where the principals discussed “future-oriented early childhood education, listening to children” , independent games and other topics. Principal Sandy, who has more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education, is a lifelong learner herself, and she is continuing to explore and learn. She also hopes that young principals can continue to explore and maintain their original intention and love for early childhood education, and that the happiness of children and kindergarten teacher’s feelings need to be protected by principals with conviction. Just like the four principles of EYFS, empowering children and kindergarten teachers should be our eternal mission!

BIEA 的专家Tessa和Jenny也组织了一场园长成长论坛，就《如何通过高质量师幼互动支持儿童发展》这一主题进行了专项的交流与探讨。

BIEA experts Tessa and Jenny organized a principal growth forum to conduct special exchanges and discussions on the theme of “How to support children’s development through high-quality teacher-child interaction.”

最后一个环节是邀请所有研习营的园长嘉宾们参与厦门华锐莱普顿幼儿园外籍课程协调员Chani及外籍专业发展培训师Rachel每周五组织的中外教专业发展培训工作坊，这周的研讨主题是班级管理，嘉宾们与本园的中外教老师相互融合与合作，打破了语言的障碍，在各项环节中进行脑力激荡及协同共赢的精神样貌，给每位园长留下了深刻的印象。

此次交流活动闭幕之际，BIEA英国国际教育学会向厦门华锐莱普顿幼儿园授予“BIEA Steam科创合作学校”、“IEA园长研学基地”、“BIEA英国专家学术交流基地”称号，并进行授牌仪式。

At the conclusion of this exchange event, BIEA British International Education Association awarded Chiway Repton Kindergarten Xiamen the titles of “BIEA Steam Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation School”, “IEA Principal Research Base”, and “BIEA British Expert Academic Exchange Base”, and conducted a licensing ceremony.

 

本次学术交流为BIEA及厦门华锐莱普顿幼儿园搭建了良好的交流平台，也为未来的深度合作开启了美好的开端，未来，本园也期待与BIEA开展更多国际的合作。

This academic exchange has established a good communication platform for BIEA and Chiway Repton Kindergarten Xiamen and has also created a good platform for future in-depth cooperation. In the future, our kindergarten looks forward to more cooperation with BIEA.
