扬帆破浪启新程 重整行装再出发|我校召开新学期全体教职工大会

未觉夏暑尽,时序已新秋。沐浴着秋日暖阳,深情回望过去一年华锐莱普顿学校留下的不凡的印记:忙碌与拼搏中,收获了感动;挑战与压力里,体味了成长,转变与提升间,积蓄了力量。过去一年,我们成绩斐然,新的学年,我们阔步新征程。

新学年伊始,华锐莱普顿学校全体教职工汇聚一堂,召开本学年第一次教职工大会,聚焦立德树人根本任务,精心筹划开局新篇章。

Looking back at the extraordinary mark of CRS in the past year: during busy and hard work, we had harvested gratitude; In the challenges and pressures, we had experienced the growth; during transformation and improvement, we had gathered the strength. In the past year, we have made great achievements, and now, we are going to march to a new journey. At the beginning of the new academic year, we gathered in the auditorium to hold the all faculty and staff conference, focusing on the fundamental task of strengthen moral education and work planning of the new semester.

首先,学校四位学部校长分别就未来工作方向和工作计划做了概述与指引。

Firstly, Principals of 4 divisions had made a brief report on division development direction and work plan respectively.

幼儿园刘怡纤园长以“玩出未来,思辩世界”为核心汇报了新学年工作计划。未来,园部将继续打造全英浸润环境,提升教学质量,加强校际交流,进一步坚定国际发展方向,建设以IB理念为主导,EYFS课程为内涵的课程体系,践行无边界教室理念为孩子创造自由探索的空间,更好的培养好奇心,增强自信心,发展思考能力。进一步优化教育教学、教师和学生管理,完善幼小衔接,增进家校关系,打造小而美、小而精的IB国际幼儿园。

Kindergarten Principal Sandy Liu reported the work plan for new academic year with “plays open the future, exploration changes the world” as the core. In the future, the kindergarten will continue to improve whole English environment, enhance teaching quality, strengthen inter-school exchanges, hence further strengthen the international development direction. Establish whole KG IBPYP curriculum, implement the concept of No Borders Classroom to create space for children to explore freely, so as to better cultivate curiosity, boost self-confidence and develop thinking ability. Further optimize teaching and teacher also the student management, improve the transition to primary school, maintain good school-parents community relationship, and finally to create a small but beautiful and fine International IB kindergarten.


华锐双语学校杨玉丽校长就小初新学年教育教学计划做了汇报。学部将坚持从师德师风建设、教师职业发展和人文关怀着手加强师资团队建设。坚持IB特色办学道路、夯实双轨办学质量标准、加强艺体学科竞赛成果、打造核心学科体系化优势、丰富幼小初高衔接体系、突出学习成果多样化,全面而深入的践行教育教学规划。德育方面,学部将优化构建学院管理主体、深化职业探究课程、持续关注学生心理健康。通过家校关系维护、家长宣传阵地和家长学校发展,建设良好的家校关系,形成学生、教师、家长共同成长的学习者社区。

Chiway Bilingual School Principal Yuli Yang made a report on education and teaching plan for new academic year. The division will work on teachers’ ethics construction, career development and humanistic care to strengthen team building. Adhere to IB school -running characteristic, consolidate the dual-track education quality, strengthen Art and PE subject competition achievements, systematization the core subjects, various the bridging courses, diverse learning outcomes so as to comprehensively and deeply practice the education and teaching plan. In terms of moral education, the division will improve the leadership of house-oriented, increase the proportion of career exploration and regularly track students’ mental health. Moreover, to build a good home-school relationship and to form a learner community where students, teachers and parents grow together, the division will try hard to enhance home-school relationship, use parents’ public praise to publicize and improve the development of parent school.


IHS高中部房园园校长基于学校培养理念,明确了IHS高中部的发展目标、学生培养目标以及学部旨在培养具备“中华民族情怀、国际视野、诚信厚德笃学、全球责任意识”的精英领袖型人才的办学定位。新的学年,IHS高中部将在教学、教研管理、课程衔接与融合、教师管理与专业发展、学术立校、教学改革等方面夯实工作。通过加强学生管理,提升班主任管理能力,推进学生自治与家校共建,落实德育工作,促进学生发展。升学方面,以申请季时间线为轴,详细制定了未来升学工作安排,通过提高生源质量,精准对接,保障出口,助力招生,稳固生源。

Based on the mission of CRS, IHS Principal Celestine Fang clarified the division goal、targeted learner profiles and the mission that IHS are dedicated to make students talented elites, individuals imbued with Chinese values, possessed of international vision, strategic intelligence and a sense of honesty and personal responsibility. In the new academic year, IHS will consolidate educational work in teaching and research management, curriculum integration, teacher professional development, student-centered innovation. Implement the moral education through strengthening on student and home-room teacher management, student organization and parent collaboration. In terms of college counselling and college application, the division makes detailed work arrangements base on the application season timeline. With student quality improvement, accurately support, college entrance guarantee, the division will provide consistent support on admission and enrollment work.


普高部耿红校长坚持“为党育人,为国育才”的使命初心,以“行于礼,善于思,格于物,达于美”为育人目标,办学三年,学生人数增长10倍,教师人数增长7倍,班级数增长6倍,管理卓有成效,办学得到社会各界广泛认可,新学年招生计划圆满完成。展望未来,学部将进一步开拓工作思路,继续坚持统一思想,激发动力,名师引领,一课一研,精准培优,赋能成长,因材施教,培养根性,稳扎稳打,砥砺前行;坚持以德育为先,升学为主,活动为源,家校为桥,创新工作举措。相信在全体老师的全力配合下,普高部一定能托起教育教学质量新高度,以特色精品助力学校继续腾飞。

NHS Principal Hong Geng adheres to the mission of “educating people for the Party, educating talent for the country”, and takes “practicing etiquette, good at thinking, pursuit of truth and kindness” as the education goal. For the last three years, the number of students in NHS has increased by 10 times, the number of teachers has creased by 7 times and the number of classes has increased by 6 times, the effective management has won widely recognized by the society, what’s more, the enrollment target of this year has also been successfully completed. Looking forward to the future, NHS will further develop working ideas, continue to adhere to unified thinking, stimulate motivation, leading by famous teachers, conduct one lesson one research, precise training, enabling growth, individualized teaching, cultivating endowment, moving forward step by step. NHS will insist on putting moral education as the first, academic education as the main focus, student activities as the source, home-school communication as the bridge, and strive to innovate work measures. It is believed that with the full cooperation of all teachers, NHS will surely be able to raise the quality of education and teaching to a new height and help the school take off with its characteristics and high quality.


会上,周小明总校长带领大家回顾了学校的基本情况、文化理念系统、组织架构,了解了学校对教育的十大认识、学校发展再定位和未来三年发展总体思路。全体教师对学校的办学和文化有了更深的感知,期待在新的学期,新的起点,与学校一起扬帆起航,激流勇进。

At the conference, General Principal Simon Zhou led all faculty and staff to review the school basic information, culture philosophy system, organizational chart, and the ten understandings of the school on education, the repositioning of school’s development and the overall development plan in next three years. All teachers have a deeper perception on school’s management and culture and look forward to sailing together with CRS in this new beginning.

周校强调要认识到教育在社会中的价值,教育是社会进步的基石,爱是教育发生的基础,是教育的源泉动力。在学校“根深中华,创新国际,传承至善,胜任未来”办学使命的指引下,在当前人类命运共同体的时代背景里,教师要以“爱和关怀”更好的教育呵护学生成长,进而培养具有中华底蕴的世界公民。

Principal Zhou stressed the importance of recognizing the value of education in society, education is the cornerstone of social progress, while love is the foundation of education. Under the guidance of school’s mission of “Chinese Origins, Global Originality, Historical Virtues, Future Competence”, in the context of a community with a shared future for mankind, teachers are required to educate and protect the growth of students with “love and care”, and cultivate world citizens with Chinese heritage.

在要求民办学校规范化办学的新政策之下,周校长就各学部办学再定位提出了数量增加、质量取胜、合规办学、管理增效的工作要求。高端化、精品化、优质化、特色化、国际化将作为学校未来三年发展的目标。周校长期待全体教职工与时俱进,拓思路、开新局,做终身学习者;各学部行精细管理,促内涵提升,打造高质量的师资团队,营造和谐聚力的管理班子。星河大海万千点,众志成城共扬帆,相信华锐莱普顿学校一定能以高质量的发展实现1+1+1+1+1+1(5个学部)=1(1个学校)的突破,精彩未来,无限可期。

Under the new policy requiring private schools to run schools in compliance, Principal Zhou put forward the work requirements on the reorientation of school education with: increase the numbers, quality wins, compliant education and management efficiency enhancement. High-end, refinement, high quality, characteristics, internationalization will be the development goals in the next three years. Principal Zhou ask all faculty and staff to keep pace with times, expand ideas, have a bigger picture and try hard to be a lifelong learner. Each division are also required to carry out fine management, promotes the connotative development, establish a high-quality teaching team and a harmonious management team. It’s believed that with all faculty and staff in one mind and work toward the same goal, CRS will be able to achieve a breakthrough with high-quality development.

德高为师,身正为范,师者以德为先。

大会最后,周小明校长做了师德师风专题讲座,从师德师风主要内容、违反师德师风案例、教师职业行为准则及《关于进一步加强普通中小学教学常规管理工作的指导意见》等方面,要求全体教师将师德师风践行于实际行动中。周校强调,教师是学生健康成长的指引者和引路人,要时刻秉持育人敬业、严谨笃学、精益求精的工作态度,将爱与责任并肩,认真对待每一件事。期待全体老师携手,办人民满意的教育,做人民满意的教师。

Ethic takes precedence.

At the end of the conference, Principal Zhou gave a special lecture on teachers’ ethics education, introduce the main contents of teachers’ ethics, violation of the typical phenomenon of teacher ethics, teachers’behavior standards and guidelines on further strengthening the routine management of teaching. Principal Zhou asked all teachers to full implement teachers’ behaviors standards in daily education and teaching activity. He stressed that teachers are the guide and leader for the healthy growth of students, should always uphold the work attitude of educating people with dedication, rigorous in learning and strive for excellence, take seriously of everything with love and responsibility. It’s expected that all teachers working together to developing education that meets the people’s expectations and to be teachers that the people are satisfied with.
