Graduation Ceremony in Progress
With big smiles and dressed in their graduation caps and gowns, our little learners proudly entered the hall. They were the stars of this special day, and everyone was excited to celebrate their achievements.
周校长在致辞中回顾了孩子们在幼儿园的三年时光，感谢家长们的支持和老师们的辛勤付出。他强调了学校“根深中华、传承至善、创新国际、胜任未来”的办学理念，并提出了达成IB十大培养者目标和学习五大技能的重要性，小学部将继续承接这个接力棒，延续这一教育理念，确保孩子们在未来的学习道路上继续保持好奇心和勇于探索的精神。
Principal Zhou took a moment to celebrate the children’s three years of learning and growth at our school. He thanked the parents and teachers for their dedication and highlighted how our school’s values and IB PYP framework create a special learning environment. He assured families that this approach will continue in primary school, helping students become lifelong learners who are curious and caring.
Sandy园长在双语致辞中，表达了对孩子们的不舍与祝福，并分享K3班成长的点滴的小故事，她讲述了K3班的孩子们如何通过探索攀爬幼儿园的海盗船，学会了解决问题和尊重他人的新技能，这充分体现了我园“玩出未来，思辩世界”的教育理念。她特别强调了在新的学习环境中，将探究的热情带入小学，鼓励孩子们勇敢追梦，成就更好的自己。
Principal Sandy shared her warm wishes for the graduates in a special bilingual speech. She told stories about the K3 students’ learning journeys and encouraged them to continue asking questions and exploring the world around them as they move on to primary school. She reminded them that they can achieve their dreams if they are brave and follow their passions.
家长代表William妈妈上台致辞，分享了孩子们在幼儿园成长的点滴，表达了对学校和老师的深深感激。她特别强调了家园配合的重要性，正是因为学校和家庭的紧密合作，孩子们才能在幼儿园里快乐成长。她向孩子们送上美好祝愿，鼓励他们勇敢追梦，并解释了K3 Greece的口号：“K3 Greece, what do we say? Be bold, be brave, be fearless!” 这一口号正是K3 Greece班级的精神理念，结合了IB培养目标，体现了幼儿园致力于培养孩子们的勇敢、自信和无畏精神。
On behalf of all the parents, William’s mom shared her appreciation for the school and teachers. She emphasised how important it is for families and the school to work together to help children grow and thrive. She wished all the graduates happiness and encouraged them to follow their dreams. She also shared the K3 Greece class motto: “K3 Greece, what do we say? Be bold, be brave, be fearless!” This motto perfectly captures the spirit of the class and our school’s commitment to nurturing confident, courageous learners who are not afraid to try new things.

In a special video message, Jonathan Taylor, the Director of Education at Repton School in the UK, shared his congratulations with each graduate by name. He wished them all the best for the future and reminded them that no matter where their learning journey takes them, our schools are committed to nurturing each child’s unique potential. We strive to develop well-rounded, internationally minded citizens who are prepared to thrive in an ever-changing world.

三年英语学习的浸润，让今天K3孩子们化身毕业典礼的主角，K3 Greece的孩子们用精彩的节目为自己的毕业典礼书写了浓墨重彩的一笔。从舞台剧的剧本到道具和服装，都是由孩子们通过集体合作讨论创作出来的，再经过老师们的指导和完善，最终呈现出精彩的舞台剧。这一过程中，孩子们展现了他们的创造力、团队合作精神以及解决问题的能力，这些正是IB教育理念中倡导的探究、思考和交流的核心价值。孩子们生动的演技和流利的英文表达赢得了全场的喝彩。
The K3 Greece students truly shone at their graduation ceremony! After three years of learning and growing in English, they took center stage and put on a fantastic play that they created themselves. Working together as a team, they wrote the script, designed the props, and made their costumes. Their teachers helped them refine their ideas along the way. This whole process was a wonderful example of how inquiry, thinking, and communication – all important parts of the IB PYP – can lead to amazing results. The children’s performance was full of energy and their English was fantastic, earning them lots of applause from everyone watching.

Our Pre-K students delighted everyone with their adorable performance of “Little Flowers Blossom,” a sweet reminder of how much they’ve grown this year. The K1 class shared their big dreams and fearless spirit through songs like “Dream Big” and “A Little Red Flower for You.” Their choir, “Little Harmony,” filled the room with beautiful music. The K2 class took us on a magical journey with their imaginative performance of “The Storyteller.” And our talented CCA students wowed the audience with their energetic street dance and musical theatre skills. It was a true celebration of creativity and learning!

Principal Sandy awarded each graduate a special graduation certificate, marking the end of their kindergarten journey and the beginning of a new adventure. The children’s faces lit up with pride and excitement as they received their certificates, a symbol of their accomplishments and the many possibilities that lie ahead.
K3 Greece班的孩子们用一首《I’m On My Way》表达了他们对未来的期待和信心。他们用歌声告诉大家，他们已经准备好迎接新的挑战。
The children of K3 Greece class expressed their anticipation and confidence for the future with a song called “I’m On My Way”. They used their singing to tell everyone that they are ready to embrace new challenges.
在毕业典礼的最后，K3 Greece 班的孩子们用合唱《So Long Farewell》向幼儿园告别。歌声中充满了对老师和同学的不舍，以及对未来的憧憬。这一刻，是他们人生中一个重要的里程碑。
At the end of the graduation ceremony, the children of K3 Greece class bid farewell to the kindergarten with a chorus of “So Long, Farewell”. Their singing was filled with reluctance to part with their teachers and classmates, as well as anticipation for the future.

A Night to Remember
毕业季，厦门华锐莱普顿幼儿园的学生们迎来了特别的日子，参加“勇敢者之夜”活动，庆祝他们一年来的成长。这不仅是他们进步的见证，也是我们学校致力于为学生创造一个充满关爱和丰富环境的最好例证。
As the school year drew to a close, the students of Chiway Repton Kindergarten Xiamen had the extraordinary opportunity to experience a sleepover event that celebrated their growth throughout the year. This event was not just a testament to their progress, but also a shining example of our school’s dedication to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for our students.
毕业舞会活动以由专业舞蹈老师带领的充满活力的舞蹈环节拉开帷幕。孩子们、家长和老师们都参与其中，笑声和欢乐充满了整个房间。舞会不仅是一个很好的破冰活动，还展示了我们学校独特的社区精神。音乐结束后，孩子们向家长告别，兴奋地前往幼儿园。
The festivities kicked off with an energetic dance session led by professional dance teachers. The children, their parents, and teachers all joined in, filling the room with laughter and joy. The dance not only served as an excellent ice-breaker but also showcased the vibrant community spirit that defines our school. As the music ended and exhaustion set in, the children bid farewell to their parents and eagerly headed to the buffet room.

在幼儿园，一场美味的毕业宴会等待着他们。家长们精心准备了各种美食，让孩子们有机会品尝不同类型的菜肴。气氛温馨而亲切，孩子们和老师们一边享用美食，一边愉快地交谈。看到孩子们尝试美味的食物并与朋友分享他们的最爱，充满了欢声笑语。
In the buffet room, a delightful potluck awaited. Parents had lovingly prepared a variety of dishes, offering the children a chance to savour different types of cuisine. The atmosphere was warm and familial, with children and teachers engaging in leisurely conversations while enjoying their meals. It was a beautiful sight to see the children trying new foods and sharing their favourites with friends.
After the meal, the children demonstrated their sense of responsibility by helping to clean up before heading outdoors for our highly anticipated bonfire rave. Equipped with glowing sticks, the children danced and sang under the starry sky, their excitement lighting up the night. The fun continued indoors with a series of engaging activities. The children participated in neon painting under UV lights, glow-in-the-dark face painting, making ice cream in a bag, and glow-in-the-dark bowling. These activities not only entertained but also provided wonderful opportunities for creativity and teamwork.

夜晚渐渐接近尾声，我们开始收拾准备就寝。睡觉的房间里布满了色彩斑斓的帐篷和舒适的被褥，变成了一个梦幻的露营地。夜灯散发着柔和的光芒，为孩子们营造了一个宁静的环境。在笑声和耳语中，孩子们最终进入了梦乡，梦中憧憬着第二天期待已久的水上乐园派对。
As the night drew to a close, we gathered to clean up and prepare for bed. The sleeping room, filled with colourful tents and cosy sleeping bags, was transformed into a magical campsite. Night lights added a gentle glow, creating a serene environment for the children to settle down. Amidst giggles and whispers, the children eventually drifted off to sleep, dreaming of the exciting water fun party that awaited them the next day.
The Chiway Repton Kindergarten sleepover was a immense fun, leaving both children and teachers with cherished memories. This event exemplified the caring and dynamic community we strive to build at our school. Through activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction, we ensure that our students not only excel academically but also grow into well-rounded individuals. We are extremely proud of our students and grateful to the parents and staff who contributed to making this event unforgettable. As we look forward to the new school year, we remain committed to providing an exceptional educational experience that celebrates diversity, fosters growth, and creates lifelong memories.
